Wilkinson Development, LLC (WD) is adding mixed-use and luxury hospitality asset classes into the company’s growth plans, along with its proven work in the senior living market. 

In 2012, WD pushed forward with a joint-venture development partnership in the Midwest, co-developing an 88-unit senior housing project that opened in 2014. Building upon these successes, they continued to explore other senior housing developments in the same location with an eye on the ever-growing medical market, providing an opportunity to expand the company’s medical lifestyle services into the hospitality sector, a category that also fulfills the investment desires of Wilkinson's equity partners. WD has since begun building strategic relationships in hospitality/mixed-use developments in the same region.
